In this 15-minute practice we move gently through postures with love & kindness. If you’re new to yoga and feel intimidated by a fast-paced class, this is a great class to begin with. We explore modification of foundational seated yoga poses to help you honor & meet your body where it’s at. Intended for complete beginners or anyone looking to advance their personal practice by moving more intuitively. Also, a nice practice for a peaceful and relaxing way to start or end the day.
