Heres a simple and intense leg and butt workout. This work will make you thighs firm and sexy and your booty round and lifted.
Workout:
Do as many frog hop squats as possible.
Then do jumping jack squats.
Hopping Lunges.
Do as many as you can. Rest in between each exercise as needed. Repeat 2-3x for a super intense workout.
