? FULL BODY WORKOUT ?

This full body workout involves lots of work for your legs shoulders and triceps, if you are looking to shred some fat or just maintain I always recommend to incorporate routines like this when you wanna work small muscle groups like arms, by incorporating full body movements you will be burning a lot more calories than just isolating your arms, of course if you are looking to grow muscle mass in those areas isolation would be the way to go.
Also remember no routine or workout program by itself will change your body composition. You need to have a nutritional plan for whatever goal you are chasing, and everyone is different in this aspect, what works for me it may not work for you and viceversa.

1️⃣ 4×15 Front Squat to military press .30 seconds rest between sets
2️⃣ 4x 10 Push up – with kick back – single arm row
3️⃣ Giant Set x 4:
1 min plank and battle rope 30 seconds each arm.
15 reps each leg Reverse lunge to high row
15 reps each leg forward lunge to lateral rises
(No rest in between moves take 1min off after finishing)
4️⃣ 4x 12 Tricep dips with single leg stance Alternate the legs
