This video is for you if you suffer from lower back pain and/or tightness in the groin and upper thigh area. We are lengthening (“stretching”) and – at the same time – strengthening the ilio-psoas, rectus femoris and the “stocking” of fascia that covers our myofascial tissues in upper front legs, groins, hips and lower belly.
Consciously connecting to and releasing these usually tighter areas of our body, we´ll find it easier to stabilize our pelvis in a neutral position, accessing our front core while unloading, creating space in and lengthening our lower back. Much needed in today´s age and time of endless hours of being forced into a static seated position, either in your car or chair in front of a computer. PURE = no music, no sound FX – incl. voice over /guided practice.
