I have been doing Yoga for about 3 months now, and I have seen a considerable amount of change in body posture and alignment correction.
But most important among all these positive changes, is my weight and belly fat. I have lost in total 6 kgs of weight and my waistline has reduced from 38 to 34 cms as per current results.
