A Black Bear, locally known as Ursananda, demonstrates a variety of yoga poses. Yoga mats are hard to come by in the wild, so Yoga Bear uses a spring-fed mud mat. Demonstrated poses include Seated Forward Fold (Paschimottanasana), Balancing Bear Pose (Merudandasana), Butterfly Pose Baddha Konasana), Foot Behind Head Pose (Eka Pada Sirsasana), Corpse Pose (Savasana), Supreme Self (Paramatman), and Greet the Day (Namaste).

These unaltered video clips were captured from camera traps placed in Colorado.
