This class includes hip stretches, (seated pigeon), hip compression, hamstring stretches, seated boat and seated forwarded fold. Standing poses, next to your chair include a quadricep stretch, half splits and a squat. This class is guaranteed to release tension stored in the lower body. Enjoy!
