I fractured my L1 in 2013. Car accident. Truck rolled over multiple times with me being ejected through my driver side window. L1-L4 transverse processes also fractured away from the spine.
I wore a TSLO brace for 4 months. I was and am doing all my own physical therapy because I didn’t have health insurance through all of this.

Before my accident I was on a yoga quest that started at a younger age and had led me to teaching a small group of Yoga Style stretching.
Yoga knowledge has helped me back to where I am. Surgery FREE! I may not be Pain Free.. however, knowing where and how to stretch has helped deal with the chronic back pain.
