This is a yoga routine I have been doing during a period of significant lower back pain. Although I have not had an MRI, mydoctor believes most likely I have a herniated disc. I am not a medical professional, and this video is not medical advice. I am a certified yoga teacher at the 200 hour level (Kripalu). This is the routine I have been personally doing for myself.
