Join us today as we dip into a class of yoga for anxiety and flow with a dear friend, sister to Cole Chance, Echo. We all get into those moments of short breath, and contracted muscles. This is short and sweet practice to alleviate the lungs, and create a fluid stream of conscious breath for relieving stress. Same with movement, the practice focuses on landing in the physical body and finding unity between how we breath and how we move. Then we have the ability to relieve unwanted stress and anxiety.
