Positive affirmations are a brilliant and straightforward way to access the power of positive programming during your pregnancy. They help to turn any negative thinking around, and help you feel more self assurance and confidence in your pregnancy.

The more you tell yourself something, the more you believe it, and ultimately the more you live by it. Repeat the positive affirmations, believe them, and help to banish fear and doubt.
Take an athlete or sports person for example, mentally running through a race or competition in their mind to prepare. Mental as well as physical preparation is now known to be a key factor in their success. So your mind can really affect how your body works for you, in a positive way.
