How to Yoga for Back Pain “Diamond Pose” Reclined
This pose will help to restore your sacral lumbar arch.
The meridians enlivened are: Stomach/Spleen as it stretches the front line of body; feet, ankles, qaudriceps, hip flexors, tummy, chest.
And Kidney/Bladder meridian as It will stimulate the back line by way of gentle compression.

Not all poses work for everyone so pls be gentle and mindful as you try new poses. Stop if you feel any sharp pains and listen to your body.
