Yoga for back pain, sore back or tired backs. Perfect for a cool down after dance training, fitness routines or just at the end of a working day. Remember take it at your own pace, stay in poses for as long as you need by hitting the pause button and then continue.
Key tips:
– Notice where I am flexing my feet (pushing my heel away rather than pointing. Makes a difference)
– Angling the toes together creates a wider spread of the lower back. Play with this in the poses.
– Create tension and depth in the lower back when doing the poses which are on you back, by rolling the hips towards you and flushing pelvis into the ground, abdomen wrapping into your belly.
