We all need a little more balance in our lives. Hop on the mat for this beginners/intermediate balancing yoga class complete with my dogs running around and finishing up in tree pose!

When working on balancing postures, make sure to find something at eye level (that’s not moving!) to look at and really tune into the breath, as well as the core strength to keep you steady. Anytime you fall, just pick yourself up and try again. No need to beat yourself up about it.
