Yoga for Total Beginners!
If you are brand new to yoga, this class series is just for you.
In Class 3 of 5 in this series, I’ll teach you the fundamentals of balance. You’ll learn the basic actions and alignment that help to bring more stability and strength to your body in balancing poses like a high lunge,Tree Pose, and Warrior 3 pose.
This 5-class series is the perfect way to build a strong foundation for your brand new yoga practice!
Make sure to do them in order. Pause and repeat as many times as you need in order to understand something that might feel new or tricky.
