Hello my friends and welcome to today’s upload. This Yoga class is all about the hamstrings, we’ll be easing into hamstring stretches, doing hamstring exercise and using yoga props like yoga blocks and a yoga strap, to help us get into each pose. This really is a yoga for beginners class, but, of course, anyone can join in! perhaps you’re more of an intermediate yoga practitioner but you want to ease off due to a pulled hamstring, sciatica, hamstring injury or a hamstring strain (seek medical advice first) then this would be the perfect vinyasa flow for you too.
All these flexibility stretches with be accompanied with dynamic movement in order to keep the hamstring muscles warm and supple and ready for each asana.
Perhaps even add this class into your weekly routine, and in no time those hamstring muscles of yours will be strong and flexible. Plus this is a great class to continuously do if you’re looking to achieve the splits, perhaps with time, you’ll be able to progress onto the ‘how to do the splits’ video 😉
