A Yoga routine that focuses on stretching the hips, hamstrings, quadriceps, psoas, gluteal and piriformis muscles, with additional stretches for the shoulders, lower back and chest. This yoga practice is great for anyone who suffers with lower back pain and helps to alleviate sciatic pain. When practiced regularly it improves flexibility in the hips and helps to improve posture and also hip opening yoga poses also are beneficial for mild depression.
This 20-minute yoga class is suitable for all levels including beginners, but remember to listen to your own body and any limitations you may have.
