Yoga For:Asthma COPD, Back pain, Release spinal stress, Indigestion, Hypertension, toning of pancreas Head ache, Neck pain and Menstrual disorders.

PROCEDURE:

• Sit in Vajrasana.
• Make a distance of one arm between your knees.
• Now lean forward and press the palms on the ground and stand on your knees.
• In this Position (the ‘four-footed’ position- chatus pada asana), the arms and thighs should be straight.
• While inhaling, slowly arch spine towards ground make the concave shape and simultaneously raise the head and look upward.
• While exhaling, slowly arch the spine upwards and simultaneously bend the head down.
• Try to bring the chin closer to the chest.
• Repeat the practice for five rounds.

Limitations :

• People with severe back problems, injury in hips and knees should avoid this practice.
