These simple Yoga poses will help you to prevent and relieve pain in the lower back by mobilizing the spine, stretching the muscles and building strength.
Remember to breathe, stay as relaxed as possible, and be patient with yourself.
If you cannot make it through the whole video, or feel certain poses are too hard to hold for you right now, slowly build up to it. Flexibility and strength will come with practice!
