This 20 minute pre-natal yoga video is designed to practice during your second trimester. The focus is on building strength into the bigger muscles of the body so our legs, hips and pelvis are stronger and more stable to support the growing belly, as well as being good preparation for the strength needed during labour. It also includes some gentle fluid movement of the spine and upper body to release tension from the back and shoulders. The practice begins with grounding breath awareness and finishes with a gentle inversion to drain built up fluid from the feet and ankles.
