Having a hard time getting quality rest? Luckily for you (and all of us) there is yoga for sleep! Millions of people have trouble catching zZz’s, but unfortunately not all of them know that for a natural way to sleep yoga is the key!

There’s nothing quite like a bedtime yoga routine to wind down with. Just like a warm epsom salt bath or cup of tea, nighttime yoga is soothing and gentle. You can even practice this yoga in bed if that’s your jam!

This sequence is a wonderful style of yoga for insomnia as well. Once you start practicing yoga sleep will become more blissful. 🙂
