Weight Loss Yoga Series Programs – Mix and Match or Do It All!
Part 1 – Yoga Awakening Flow/Warm up (12 minutes)
Part 2 – Yoga Weight Loss Flow (20 minutes) *do with Part 1
Part 3 – Yoga Hip Openers and Strength (20 minutes)
Part 4 – Yoga Cool Down and Meditation (18 minutes)
70 minute Yoga Practice (full) or 20-30 minutes individually.

THIS WORKOUT MUST ALWAYS BEGIN WITH THE AWAKENING STRETCH (Part 1). Never do a fast faced flow without warming up to avoid injury.
