Karen Glynn teaches “Yoga Over 50” at Patanjali’s Place Yoga Studio in Durham, NC. The class meets Sunday evenings from 6 – 7:15pm.

Karen Glynn teaches a safe, alignment based yoga designed for the older practitioner and for those who simply wish to move a bit slower. Upbeat, gentle classes offer a full, engaging experience for all abilities. Influenced by the traditions of Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Anusara yoga, this course integrates the breath with movement to help create balance and harmony on the mat and in daily life. All ages are welcome.
