After 14 years of managing low back pain and a herniated disk at L4 / L5 – these are my go-to poses when I’m trying to get “BACK in action.” While they may not be right for all bodies and all types of low back pain – they work for me and when I use them in my classes, most people find some degree of relief as well. Don’t forget to watch the partner video to this on Ball Rolling Techniques for Low Back Pain – as I typically do both postures and rolling in tandem when I’m working with active pain / a flair.
