VINYASA FLOW SEQUENCE // A slow moving Yoga practice with clear instructions to learn key Yoga poses in Vinyasa Yoga. This sequence is a must for Yoga practitioners wanting to practice at home!

In this sequence we will move through an intermediate flow in which we strengthen the whole body and open the hamstrings and hips in 25 minutes. . .

This flow is suitable for all those with a basic understanding of flow Yoga and seeking a greater challenge than my beginner videos.

I’ve called it intermediate because it does contain more challenging sequencing than my beginner videos.

Make sure you click on HD and enjoy your practice!
