History of Nithyananda Yoga: Asana Explained

In 2011 my guru Baghawaan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam spoke about Pathanjali Sutras 97 (https://youtu.be/_gr6k14enb4)

He explained the following terms:

“Stiram” means that which becomes part of your bio memory
“Sukham” means sweet pain that you have a whole day because of increasing the practice
“Anushtana” means the sequence of stiram asanas

Also he beautifully described “Asana” as “tuning yourself with the Cosmos”
