Building glutes is one of the hardest thing I swear ?some people think all you have to do is squats and you’ll have a perfect perky ?. I wish it was that easy ? but naah It takes a lot of sets and reps of hip thrusts, deadlifts, lunges, kickbacks, abductions to name few, a lot of food and a lot of patience. I train my legs/glutes 3 times per week, one day focused on quads, one day on glutes and another day on hammies using heavy, medium and light weights. Video is speeded, make sure to do all exercices slowly to feel the ?.
