Girls, if you want to grow that booty you’ve got to get lifting…so don’t be afraid of the weights! Try these 5 exercises and start with a manageable weight to begin with. *Full Outfit – Gymshark

1. Deadlifts
(10 reps / 3 sets)
– small bend in the knees but all movement comes from the hips
– keep a strong flat back

2. Squats
(10 reps / 3 sets)
– rack the bar just below shoulder height so you can push up the weight at the start
– keep the reps slow, particularly on the down phase

3. Leg Press
(10 reps / 3 sets)
– check the machine starting weight before adding plates
– never lock out the knees for safety

4. Bum Lifts
(10 reps / 3 sets)
– these can be done with on a bench but I find it really easy to use the leg extension machine!

5. Lunges
(10 reps, each leg / 3 sets)
– feet far enough apart to allow the back leg to bend to 90 degrees
