We need restorative yoga for sleep because we live in a fast-paced world where we are running all the time, we suffer from insomnia and do not get adequate rest are often completely exhausted physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically and spiritually. Restorative yoga for sleep gives us time to wind down and prepare our bodies physically, mentally and emotionally for rest. In restorative yoga we are practicing supported, passive yoga poses.
