Combining yoga postures, meditative breathing, and prayer, this prenatal yoga class will help strengthen pelvic muscles, increase circulation, relieve back pressure, and increase overall comfort.
I offer modifications throughout the class that will help you make the practice fit your needs: both in your yoga practice and in your stage of pregnancy.
