Energising warm up, playful inversions against the wall, and a challenging standing series to quicken the blood! Great sequence for building all round strength and focus.

You’ll need a block and to be near a wall if you’re doing inversions. If you’ve never done inversions before then maybe wait until you can try them in class with an experienced teacher – an alternative pose to do is another Turbo Dog or Dolphin!
