Since I started yoga for the first time as a beginner 4 years ago. My life has had a dramatic change for the better both physically and mentally! It’s not only an amazing workout but it’s also a great way to get present with yourself and focus on washing away whatever BS is bothering you currently.
If I am having a bad day the most beneficial thing I can do for myself is head to a yoga practice and center myself. I prefer doing heated yoga over anything else. There are a lot of studies that support the theory of heat therapy for both physical and mental benefits. And holy WOW you will never sweat more in your life in a hot yoga class.

Its very intense and I suggest starting with beginner and intro to yoga classes like we are showing you here before you head into your first heated bikram, vinyasa, or power yoga class!
Another thing is that there is a huge amount of stretching, contraction and expansion poses in yoga class. One thing that i always struggled to do after working out was stretching. So mixing in yoga class 1-3x/week you are going to be much more nimble and your recovery from lifting weights will be much greater.
