Normally my answer to the question ‘can you learn the split in one month?’ would be ‘no’. That is, if you train occasionally, like any normal human being. However, if learning the split is your number one priority right now or if, for whatever reason, you need to learn it in a short amount of time, using the advice in this video may help you to reach your goal to learn the splits in about a month or so. I cannot guarantee you can learn the split like this and I also don’t think it’s the best or easiest way to get there, but it’s a great option to try out. You WILL make good progress on your flexibility level though, regardless of being able to do the split at the end of the month or not.
