If you’re looking to improve your hamstring flexibility, relieve back pain, and help your lower-body recover more quickly, look no further. This reclined strap stretch series is incredible for all of that and more.
This series is made up of 3 stretches: (1) hamstrings, (2) abductors – outer thighs, and (3) adductors – inner thighs. Hold each “station” for at least 30 seconds, and up to 90 seconds. Make sure to breathe slow and controlled, and allow your body to relax into the stretch – don’t fight it! You can do this stretch every night to relieve joint pain, increase flexibility, and even relax for a better night of sleep.
