A gentle restorative sequence to ease pain in the low back and hips. Good for all levels of experience, including beginners. Listen to your body first and foremost, and only take each pose to a depth that feels sensational but comfortable. Props are recommended to make this practice restorative and calming on the nervous system. Turn the lights low and enjoy.

bolster, blocks, blankets, strap
If you don’t have these props, don’t worry, get creative! You can use pillows, couch cushions, books, and the strap from a housecoat or even a towel.
This is my first home yoga video, and it felt a bit weird talking to my computer instead of a class of students! So please forgive my imperfections.
