Seated twist focus on thoracic spine and neck using breathing bio-mechanics, encouraging expansion of lungs and ribs during each breath cycle without added strain to neck tissue. In the twist use resistance with hand attached to the knee but rotate ribs away from grip. stay for 5 breath cycles. In second segment of seated twist bring the hand away from the knee and reach bent elbow behind you. Continue to stay focus on the breath for 5 cycles.
