Short sequence that can be used if you have pelvic pain – keeping the weight even over both feet or knees – and with diastasis recti – avoiding the all fours position. For diastasis recti I also suggest wrapping the belly with a rebozo to provide support while moving – there are lots of good videos on YouTube for this.
